i am preparing and building up the Cakehouse's & Scheld'apen's release party of the PIECE OF CAKE publication. (preview here)
The contributers to this publication are: Nel Aerts, Gilles Baeyens, Gerard Herman, Fréderik Lizen & Joëlle Batens, Jonas Ohlsson, Rufus Mich, Lieven Segers, Yannick Val Gesto & Shana Teugels, Sine Van Menxel & Joke Leonare.
The release is on Friday 18th. at Scheld'apen with live performances by
F.L.U.T., PING PONG TACTICS and LOUIS HIELE. With dj sets by
BABA ELECTRONICA & DJ LONELY, RUFUZZ + DJ GOO BAYSICK, MUSKETFLICKAN and HALF A SORRY SEXPARTNER. and some actions will happen that evening by the participating artists: a lsd bike-ride by GERARD HERMAN, the projection of 'canvas film' by NEL AERTS, a house by GILLES BAEYENS, a closet by SINE VAN MENXEL & JOKE LEONARE, a kitsch sculptures by SHANA TEUGELS, something by YANNICK VAL GESTO, a fitness press machine by FRéDERIC LIZEN & JOELLE BATENS, a wall by LIEVEN SEGERS and a DJ-set by JONAS OHLSSON.
